The patient office

When a person receives a cancer diagnosis, it can be hard for them to know what resources or support might be needed, available, or helpful. Through our Patient Office, we help address the challenges and concerns patients face over the course of their journey, from the moment of diagnosis, and long after their treatment ends. Our Patient Office helps ensure the voices of patients, caregivers, advocacy groups and stakeholders are at the center of all we do.

We have created a Patient Expert Council comprised of people living with cancer, people who have experienced cancer, caregivers and other patient experts who provide insights and feedback that are ingrained into everything we do. The members of this council help keep Servier on-track to meet true patient needs.

The Patient Office can provide many useful resource for patients, including free product for eligible patients. Likewise, our Patient Engagement Managers are available to provide one-on-one assistance throughout the treatment and recovery process. These patient engagement managers work one-on-one with patients and families to answer questions, provide tools and educational materials, offer emotional support and help patients and caregivers find assistance programs for a variety of needs, including counseling, financial or travel.

ServierONE

Servier is committed to going beyond being the pharmaceutical company behind your prescribed therapies. Supporting you is our ONE priority, which is why we created ServierONE.

ServierONE is an all-in-one resource for help with the cost of treatment, determining insurance coverage, one-on-one support, and access to additional resources and educational tools.

We’ve created websites for our acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients and for our cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) patients. Additionally, we offer downloadable and printable resources for patients and caregivers navigating acute myeloid leukemia (AML), glioma and isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutations.

Through ServierONE, we are re-affirming our commitment to support patients, improve access and provide the necessary tools and resources patients and caregivers need.

Patient Advocacy

We are proud to work with organizations, patients, families and other experts who share our passion to improve patient outcomes. We have created a Patient Expert Council comprised of patient experts to provide insights and feedback that are ingrained into everything we do at Servier Pharmaceuticals. Collaborating, exchanging knowledge and building programming that supports patients and their families is critical to our program and focusing on ensuring access to care, education, unmet needs, engagement in research and building the patient community is core to our Advocacy program.
