Patient Services
overview
Our patients are why we serve.
We are committed to engaging with patients, caregivers, families and patient organizations to ensure their voices are heard in every initiative.
Our deep commitment to patients is fundamental to our culture. We consistently engage with patients, caregivers, families and organizations to fully understand the needs of the patient communities we serve. Through ongoing partnerships with patient experts and advocacy groups, we can expand our knowledge on patient needs each day.
The patient office
When a person receives a cancer diagnosis, it can be hard for them to know what resources or support might be needed, available, or helpful. Through our Patient Office, we help address the challenges and concerns patients face over the course of their journey, from the moment of diagnosis, and long after their treatment ends. Our Patient Office helps ensure the voices of patients, caregivers, advocacy groups and stakeholders are at the center of all we do.
Our Patient Expert Council is comprised of people living with cancer, people who have experienced cancer, caregivers and other patient experts who provide insights and feedback that are ingrained into everything we do. The members of this council help keep Servier on-track to meet true patient needs.
The Patient Office can provide many useful resources for patients, including free product for eligible patients. Likewise, our Patient Engagement Managers are available to provide one-on-one assistance throughout the treatment and recovery process. These patient engagement managers work one-on-one with patients and families to answer questions, provide tools and educational materials, offer emotional support and help patients and caregivers find assistance programs for a variety of needs, including counseling, financial or travel.
