Servier Welcomes Chatrick Paul as U.S. Chief Operating Officer

Servier Pharmaceuticals is pleased to welcome Chatrick Paul as U.S. Chief Operating Officer (COO), a newly created role that reflects the company’s continued growth and evolution.

As Servier expands its portfolio and prepares for future launches, this role underscores the company’s focus on building the operational strength and alignment needed to support long‑term impact for patients. Chatrick joins Servier at a pivotal moment, bringing deep experience in scaling organizations and advancing strategy across complex global environments.

In his role, Chatrick will report directly to David K. Lee, Chief Executive Officer, Servier Pharmaceuticals U.S., to help advance the company’s U.S. strategy, strengthen cross‑functional coordination, and drive operational excellence. He will also serve as Chief of the U.S. Strategic Council, supporting leadership alignment as the organization continues to grow.

“I am honored to join Servier at such an exciting moment,” said Chatrick Paul. “Servier’s patient-centered mission and long-term commitment to science uniquely position the company to make a meaningful difference in areas of high unmet need.”

Chatrick brings nearly three decades of global pharmaceutical leadership experience, with deep expertise across oncology, commercialization, and portfolio strategy. Over the course of his career, he has led commercialization, operational transformation, and launch strategies for more than 25 products across multiple therapeutic areas. He joins Servier following senior leadership roles at AstraZeneca, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President of Oncology Strategy, Access and Business Transformation and previously as Head of US Oncology. He also served as Head of US Oncology at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and earlier, held leadership roles at Sanofi.

“Servier’s growth in the United States is ultimately about expanding our ability to serve patients,” said David Lee. “From strengthening our portfolio to building new capabilities, each step forward over the last eight years enables us to reach more people with innovative medicines for serious diseases. Bringing Chatrick into this role reflects both the progress we have made and our ambition for what comes next. His leadership will help us continue growing with purpose, deepen our impact for patients, and position Servier to deliver on the significant opportunities ahead as we enter this next phase of our evolution.”

Chatrick holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Panjab University.

We’re excited to welcome Chatrick to Servier as we continue building for the future and advancing our mission to make a meaningful difference for patients.
