Chatrick is responsible for advancing U.S. strategy through strong operational leadership, enhancing cross functional coordination, and driving operational excellence as we prepare for future launches and continued portfolio expansion. He also serves as Chief of the U.S. Strategic Council, supporting leadership alignment as the organization continues to evolve.
Chatrick brings nearly three decades of global pharmaceutical leadership experience, with deep expertise across oncology, commercialization, portfolio strategy, and operational transformation. Over the course of his career, he has led commercialization, launch, and transformation strategies for more than 25 products across multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to joining Servier, Chatrick held senior leadership roles at AstraZeneca, most recently as Senior Vice President of Oncology Strategy, Access and Business Transformation. He’s also held leadership positions at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Sanofi.
Chatrick holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Panjab University.
