Ravi Doshi

Chief of Staff

Ravi Doshi is Chief of Staff at Servier Pharmaceuticals. In his role, he partners with senior leadership to advance key strategic priorities and drive organizational performance. He brings a strong foundation in corporate strategy and life sciences consulting to support high-impact decision-making and execution across the business.

Ravi is a results-driven global business leader with over eight years of experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He began his career at Putnam Associates, a boutique life sciences strategy consulting firm, where he advised a broad range of clients from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechs on growth strategy, portfolio prioritization, and product commercialization.

He later joined the global health NGO, PATH, where he supported governments across Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia in their COVID-19 pandemic response, including leading a multi-million-dollar emergency procurement of critical healthcare equipment like ventilators.

Ravi joined the organization in 2022 as a member of the U.S. Corporate Strategy team and has since played a key role in advancing several U.S. and global strategic initiatives, including major product launches in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and IDH-mutant glioma.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
