Kelly is responsible for advancing Servier’s business strategy by aligning communications, corporate reputation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation with the company’s strategic priorities, while strengthening Servier’s visibility and relationships across employees, patients, healthcare professionals, policymakers, and the broader community.

Kelly brings more than 20 years of healthcare and biopharmaceutical leadership experience, specializing in corporate affairs, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement. Throughout her career she has helped organizations navigate periods of growth, change, and complexity while strengthening reputation, building trust, and advancing business strategy.

Kelly holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Seton Hall University.
