Jérôme Klein

Chief Strategy & Business Excellence Officer

Jérôme Klein is the Chief Strategy and Business Excellence Officer at Servier Pharmaceuticals. In this role, Jérôme is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning and business excellence functions, driving organizational effectiveness, and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that advance Servier’s growth and innovation objectives. He works closely with global and U.S. leadership teams to strengthen strategic capabilities and operational excellence across the organization.

Jérôme brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate strategy, commercial operations, and organizational transformation. Prior to joining Servier U.S., he served as Global Head of Corporate Strategy and Secretary to Servier’s Executive Committee, where he led enterprise-level strategic initiatives and supported key business decisions across the Group.

Before joining Servier in 2023, Jérôme spent more than 15 years at Ipsen in a variety of international leadership roles. His experience included corporate strategy, financial planning, business intelligence, customer excellence, and commercial leadership. He served as Director of Financial Planning for Ipsen’s U.S. affiliate, led business excellence activities across the company’s global Specialty Care portfolio, and played a key role in evaluating and supporting external growth partnerships. He later led Ipsen’s Neuroscience and Rare Diseases Business Unit in France. Earlier in his career, Jérôme worked as a strategy consultant with Roland Berger.

Jérôme graduated from HEC Paris with a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Finance, and completed studies at Copenhagen Business School.
