Welcome, and thank you for working with us. If you’ve received a contract from a Servier entity in the United States, this page covers everything you need to know — from accessing your contract to reviewing, commenting, and getting it signed.

Counterparty Contracting Interface : Sirion – Our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Platform

Sirion is a digital solution designed to streamline and simplify the entire contracting process between Servier and its Counterparties.

It provides a secure, centralized space where you can review contracts, propose changes, add comments, and upload related documents. The platform ensures you always work on the latest version and facilitates smooth communication with Servier.

Thank you for your collaboration!

FAQ

1. Accessing the Platform

  • How do I log in? If you are part of a negotiation, you will receive an automated email from servier_clm@sirioncloud.com. Click the link in that email to access the Sirion CLM portal.
  • I didn’t receive the email. Check your spam/junk folder first. If it is still missing, please contact your Servier Business Contact responsible for the contract.

2. Managing Access & Collaboration

  • Who can access the contract? Access is initially sent to the main point of contact at your organization. To involve colleagues, forward the email notification. You are responsible for managing who within your organization receives this link. Access must be limited to individuals within your organization who are directly involved in this matter and who are subject to appropriate confidentialiy requirements.
  • Can multiple people review the document? Yes. Multiple team members can work on the downloaded file. However, please upload only one consolidated version to the portal to ensure version control.

3. Reviewing and Submitting Changes

  • How do I propose edits?
  • Download: Click the “Download” button in the portal to get the contract in Word format.
  • Edit: Make your changes and add comments directly in the document.
  • Upload: Use the “Upload” button to submit the revised version. You can also use “Add New File” for supporting documents.
  • Submit: Click “Submit.” The Servier team will be notified automatically.
  • Are my changes visible? Yes. Sirion tracks modifications (e.g., via color coding) so both parties can easily identify and review updates.

4. Signature Process

  • Is the contract signed in Sirion? No. Servier uses DocuSign for electronic signatures. You will receive a separate email from DocuSign containing the final version for signature.
  • What if I use a different e-signature platform (e.g. AdobeSign)? In cases where a different e-signature platform (e.g. AdobeSign) is used, the signature process will be handled manually outside of Sirion and DocuSign.
  • What if a handwritten signature is needed? In cases where a “wet ink” signature is required, the process will be handled manually outside of both Sirion and DocuSign.
  • How do I get the fully executed (signed) copy? Once all parties have signed, DocuSign will email you the final PDF and the completion certificate. Please download and store these for your records.
