Donna Vieraitis is the Head of Human Resources (HR) at Servier Pharmaceuticals with a unique ability to anticipate the needs of an organization in order to prepare for future challenges. In her position, Donna acutely identifies the “people implications” of business strategies and enables alignment of talent against change

A high-energy HR leader, Donna has more than 25 years of success designing and leading critical initiatives that repeatedly enable organizations to respond effectively to the rapidly evolving changes in the global marketplace. She has held various leadership roles at industry-leading companies across diverse industries, including healthcare and technology. Her early career was spent working with organizations such as Intel, McAfee and various tech startups in Silicon Valley where she developed a deep understanding of the business-technology interface while aligning emerging technology needs with services. Most recently, Donna served as Director HR Business Partner at Shire supporting various functions such as the Oncology Business Unit, Finance and Corporate Development before moving to Servier Pharmaceuticals to help launch the organization in the United States. 

Donna received her a bachelor’s degree from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
